Green Day

You Are Teal Green

You are a one of a kind, original person. There's no one even close to being like you.
Expressive and creative, you have a knack for making the impossible possible.
While you are a bit offbeat, you don't scare people away with your quirks.
Your warm personality nicely counteracts and strange habits you may have.

-----------------------------------------------------------------

Today is not only St. Patrick's Day, but also the fifth anniversary of my father's death. Typical Englishman, had to go and spoil the only Irish holiday we celebrate here in the States. And a fun one at that. Here's to you, dad.

KK - you are so sweet. Our relationship was not a close one. But I always raise a glass to him on St. Patty's Day.

My blog is all kinds of fucked up! Damn you blogger!

I'll drink a beer for your dad. An English beer, like Newcastle or Bass.

Yesterday I was "forbidden" to view your blog. I thought you had blacklisted me for a minute.

TRM - I'm ok. I'm about to take some Tylenol PM and sleep the night away....

Todd - I almost did a post about the forbidden zone. But I knew it would just turn into a rant. Or something vaguely pornographic.

Phoenix - but you still want me anyway.

you're whining about having yet another reason to drink? (as if you need another reason)

I'm also teal. Which makes me question the validty of the statement, "There's no one even close to being like you." :-)

I have no idea what the date of my father's death was (it was long ago) but I do recall we had a very Irish like wake - one of the best times I've ever had, which my father would have loved.

As I mentioned on Sizzle's blog, I love a half and half of Strongbow and Guinness. Now THAT's a drink that'll bring out the Irish in anyone. (I'm at least half Irish - my mother's side of the family is a noisy bunch of Murphy's - lots of singing, drinking and stories.)

My son is 50 hours old right now! I have slept about 15 minutes since he was born.

I'll gladly trade sleep for time with that little guy any day!

Hey, Brooke. Wow--so many tough days for you lately. I'm sorry that you are having to go through this all. And, bearing so much as you go. I really hope that your mom is feeling better. Also, I was green apple. :)
