It was snowing for a few minutes in NYC today. Love the picture.
The Jersey shore is still one of my favorite places on earth and I have been aroundthe earth quite a bit.
It snowed in Chicago yesterday. It was 27 degrees overnight.

We had a cold snap here the past few days. It was supposed to get down to 24 Friday night. I don't have a thermometer, so I have no idea if it did.

At first I thought, "Good grief! THAT's hot!" But up here everything is Celsius. 45 on that scale would be about 113 Farenheit.
I quickly realized my error. Yes, a tad cool but it was even a tad cooler here. Ah, well ...

Here in NJ, it was 39 degrees Saturday morning when I had my yard sale. We did well despite the cold but it was a miserable 4 hours.

I think you should move to Cleveland. We have the Cuyahoga river which is way more romantic than the Jersey Shore. Has the shore ever caught on fire? I don't think so!
