What a man. What a mighty good man.

I agree. But I'm still more impressed with Kashmir.

Ubie! That is exactly what I was singing as I posted this. Well done!

Neil - Kashmir is the woman. Lance is the man.

Every time I see Lance Armstrong dominate a bunch of people, most of whom are younger, I have to remind myself that this guy had cancer taken out of his brain not that long ago. Amazing. Plus he bangs Sheryl Crow.
I didn't want to disappoint you, Brooke, by making a completely clean comment.

Another jerk who cheated on his wife for some piece of skank ass.

YNH- and did you know that at one point the doctors gave him less than a 5% chance to survive?

Anonymous - he actually met Sheryl Crow after he was legally separated. Thanks for your thought though, now I know why I considered not allowing anonymous comments.

What an inspiration. Go Lance! (And Sheryl)

I've been noticing more and more of those yellow wristbands lately.

Truly, an inspiration that we can ALL go for our dreams!

:)

I like those white ones, too. They'll get dirty quickly; but won't white match with anything?

Jacob - I had no idea you were such a fashion plate. I'm thinking Lance went with the yellow wristbands to match le Maillot Jeune. Ya think?

MoMo - I ordered the white bands - they are backlogged by a month. I'm hoping to have them before Christmas. I want to get Lance's too now. Have you read his book - "It's Not About the Bike" - it's amazing!

I can't watch the tour de france without feeling evil. I love when they wipe out, espeically when a whole group of them go out.

I was doing some research on bicycle brands and came across some notations back in the early 90s about this hot guy Lance and he may actually do something if he puts his mind to it...he makes me crank out my Austin teeth 'yeah baby!'

What a man indiddly doodly deed.
Also loving the wipe out action, theres something about guys in tights skating across tarmac that just sends me to work smiling.

(of course I wouldn't laugh if Lancie crashed)

I'm impressed by his acomplishments, but I hate him because I'm fat and he's such a skinny bastard.

Scarlet Hip said...

Anthony and Damien - watching the riders wipe out is not funny. And I WAS NOT laughing when it happened - so shut up.

MQ - I was reading that Trek can't even keep up with their bike orders because of Lance - and their bikes are like $10,000!

Ruben - the man is not skinny - he's superhuman. You would be too if you did nothing but ride your million dollar bike and have sex with Sheryl Crow.

He is super-impressive. But its almost like no one is really paying attention because its just SO OBVIOUS that he is going to win.

Sorry, just being honest. I know it isn't funny, but I must admit I have a very immature sense of humour.

Scarlet Hip said...

Ok fine. I was laughing. Sue me.

i get a rush when im at the car races and they crash, but i always hope that they are ok, but really, crashes are the best.

Good luck at the new teacher academy this week!

NEver read that book, Brooke!
Now I've got another one to add to my long list of books I need to read someday. I'm hoping that once I'm done with my masters program next month, I'll be able to read alot. Being unemployed will help with that, too!

LOL!

Scarlet Hip said...

I can't help but think that this guy is in such amazing physical condition....he must be unbelievable in ways besides bike riding....if y'all get my drift....

dayum!

Simply amazing. Truly inspirational.

Whaddya mean, Brooke? ;) You mean he might give Sting some competition?

Scarlet Hip said...

DD - I'm thinking....yeah. I think he would make Sting look like a premature ejaculator.

Spirit Of Owl said...

Didn't his brother jump over the moon or something?

Scarlet Hip said...

Paul - I have seen that commercial and it chokes me up every time. You have to read his book, it's so inspiring.

Owl - wasn't that you?

Scarlet Hip said...

Oh, and bowling? Really? Sorry to hear that.

Scarlet Hip said...

Oh I know Jacob! That's my point. My filthy mind can't help but think that Lance's superhuman strength and conditioning would leave Sting in the dust. I mean let's face it, the boy has some serious stamina.

I did not get to watch any of the "Tour D'Lance," but I'm glad he won. He is quite an athlete! Me, well I'm just an athletic supporter :)

How manly is it to dominate the national French sport?
